The Hockey Yukon Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday May 20th at 5pm

The AGM will include an Election (if required) 

All Hockey Yukon members are eligible to attend. Members typically include individuals involved in Hockey Yukon (such as athlete parents, guardians, coaches, or volunteers) who have completed the membership process.

A member of Hockey Yukon is anyone who:

• Applies to join the organization (attends the AGM and asks to be a member)
• Is approved by the Board of Directors (approved by attending the AGM)
• Pays any required membership dues (Board has waived membership dues)

All members have the right to vote and are expected to follow the organization’s bylaws and constitution.

All members will be required to sign in when they get to the meeting site.

Directors on the Hockey Yukon Board are elected by the membership at the Annual General Meeting. Following that, the newly formed Board meets to appoint executive roles, giving Directors the opportunity to step into leadership positions based on their interests and experience. 

Those seeking to become a director with Hockey Yukon are required to submit their form on or before Friday May 15 at Noon.

**Any questions or comments directed to the board for the AGM must be submitted in writing to maddie@hockeyyukon.ca by May 15, 2026. All questions will be presented with answers during the AGM. This gives the board and office staff time to provide informed answers.
